Tamarac Turkey Trot offers something for everyone! Bring your friends and family to share this Thanksgiving tradition with a 10K, 5K or 1.5 mile run or walk!

No day of race registrations.

It is Fremont Area Community Foundation’s anniversary, but the presents are for you! From April to August, the Community Foundation is unveiling a different gift to the community each month as a thank you for your partnership, trust, and generosity. Each gift will highlight a different event, organization, or community asset that helps make our area special.
Tamarac is excited to announce that the first 75 registrations to the 2026 Tamarac Turkey Trot will be FREE, thanks to the incredible generosity of the Fremont Area Community Foundation.
All free registrations are SOLD OUT.

5K to 10K Training Program
Been running 5K races for a while and want to up your game to a 10K? This program is for you!
Join Tracey for a 12-week training program.
Program begins Tuesday, September 1, 2026, at 6 a.m. (weekly).
Meet in the lobby of Tamarac.
To sign up, email loretta.towne@corewellhealth.org. Sign up closes on August 25 at 5 p.m.
Must be registered for the Turkey Trot 10K prior to starting the program. Click the “Register Today” button above.
Awards
All participants will receive a finisher gift upon crossing the finish line.
