Duration: 45 minutes

Duration: 60 minutes

Train like an athlete in this high-intensity circuit-style workout

08:00am-08:55am: Energize

Duration: 55 minutes

Low-impact cardio, strength training and stretching for all abilities.

08:15am-09:45am: Cardio Blast

Duration: 90 minutes

Heart-pumping cardio that uses plyometrics, track work and weightlifting.

09:15am-10:00am: Relaxation Yoga

Duration: 30 minutes

Get a good stretch using yoga flows/sequences, and be in a calm and stress reduced state when finished. Good for all levels of Yogis.

09:30am-10:15am: Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

10:25am-11:15am: ZUMBA®

Duration: 50 minutes

Duration: 60 minutes

Join us while we kayak through various lakes in the Newaygo County area. This is available to members and non-members. Please check the Tamarac Facebook group each week for the location that the group will be meeting.

Duration: 30 minutes

A fast paced high intensity interval training class that utilizes various exercises at a fast pace to get your heart rate going!

08:00am-08:30am: Basic Stretching

Duration: 30 minutes

Improve your body’s flexibility and range of motion with this quick stretching class!

08:20am-09:45am: Hardcore Strength

Duration: 75 minutes

Designed to make you physically stronger. Focuses on upper and lower body training that includes a combination of body weight movements, free weights and resistance bands.

09:15am-10:00am: Relaxation Yoga

Duration: 45 minutes
