Our certified fitness specialists are teaching cycling, yoga, quick hit and more!

There will be no group fitness classes Monday, June 30 through Sunday July 6, 2025.

Monday Morning

5:30am-6:15am: Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

Bring water and a towel to this unique cycling class! Alternate between high reps and high resistance to get the best effect from your workout!

6:00am-7:00am: FAST

Duration: 60 minutes

Train like an athlete in this high-intensity circuit-style workout

7:10am-7:30am: Basic Stretching

Duration: 20 minutes

Improve your body’s flexibility and range of motion with this quick stretching class!

8:00am-8:55am: Energize

Duration: 55 minutes

Low-impact cardio, strength training and stretching for all abilities.

8:00am-8:45am: Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

8:15am-9:45am: Cardio Blast

Duration: 90 minutes

Heart-pumping cardio that uses plyometrics, track work and weightlifting.

9:30am-10:15am: Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

10:00am-10:20am: Core & More

Duration: 20 minutes

Combination of core, glute and inner/outer thigh work to strengthen your powerhouse!

10:30am-11:15am: ZUMBA®

Duration: 45 minutes

An exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow Latin-inspired calorie-burning activity that moves you toward optimal health.

10:45am-11:30am: Silver Sneakers Classic

Duration: 45 minutes

Designed for seniors or older adults and focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.

Monday Evening

5:00pm-6:00pm: Strength Fusion

Duration: 60 minutes 

A fun combination of exercises that will help strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. All to the beat of great music!

6:15pm-7:15pm: Country Zumba

Duration: 60 minutes

An exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow, calorie-burning activity that moves you toward optimal health.

Tuesday Morning

7:15am-7:45am: Quick HIIT

Duration: 30 minutes

A fast paced high intensity interval training class that utilizes various exercises at a fast pace to get your heart rate going!

7:15am-9:00am: Pickleball Club

Duration: 105 minutes

Have fun with other beginner pickleball players, will be shown the basics.

Tuesdays meet at the Fremont Rec Center Courts. Fridays meet outside at Tamarac.

8:00am-8:30am: Basic Stretching

Duration: 30 minutes

9:00am-9:20am: Core Fusion

Duration: 20 minutes 

A short 20 minutes of strength with ab work.

9:30am-10:15am: Indoor Cycling

10:40am-11:40am: Kayaking Club

Duration: 60 minutes
