Duration: 45 minutes
Enjoy a cardiovascular workout while toning your body using water tools.
11:15am-12:00pm: Arthritis Class
Duration: 45 minutes
Gentle activities in our warm-water therapy pool will help you gain strength and flexibility and help decrease pain and stiffness in your joints and muscles.
12:00pm-03:00pm: Reserved for Therapy
Duration: 3 hours
During this time the pool is only available to those who are working directly with rehab staff. The pool cannot be used by anybody else during this time.

04:00pm-04:45pm: Aqua Zumba
Duration: 45 minutes
A dance party in the water! This is a great way to tone your body, while improving your cardio fitness. A great low-impact alternative to traditional zumba.

06:00am-06:45am: Deep Water Tabata
Duration: 45 minutes
With the use of buoyancy tools, challenge your core and limbs to move against the resistive properties of the water.
07:00am-11:30am: Reserved for Therapy
Duration: 4 hours 30 minutes
During this time the pool is only available to those who are working directly with rehab staff. The pool cannot be used by anybody else during this time.

11:40am-12:20pm: Tabata Bootcamp
Duration: 40 minutes
This intense workout is designed around intervals of work and rest to keep the heart pumping, burn calories and challenge your muscles.

12:30pm-01:00pm: Hydrorider
Duration: 30 minutes
Enjoy the use of an underwater stationary table bike while improving your cardiovascular system and tone your body. This is a specialty class, so it is a paid for service. The prices are as follows:
Members: $75 for 12 sessions
Non-members: $99 for 12 sessions
$10 for a drop-in session
Classes are limited to 5 participants, so signing up in advance is strongly recommended. You may register up to 7 days in advance.
