Held at scenic Fremont Lake Park, this sprint triathlon features a 750-meter swim, 12.4-mile bike ride, and 5K run, perfect for both seasoned athletes and first-timers. Whether you’re chasing a PR or just want to try something new, this event offers a supportive atmosphere, great community spirit, and a beautiful course.
New this year, we are offering a relay team option—grab a friend (or two) and split the swim, bike, and run for a fun, team‑based race experience.
Limited to just 150 participants (3 waves of 50 each), it’s sure to be a standout summer event — so don’t wait!
Registration is now open!
No refunds, no transfers.
Nervous about the swim? No Problem! If you’re not a strong or confident swimmer, we’ve got you covered. We recommend signing up for Wave 2 or Wave 3, which are designed for participants who prefer a more relaxed pace in the water.
This race is about participation, fun, and personal achievement—so don’t let the swim hold you back!
Swim:
You are welcome to wear a bodysuit or use a lifejacket, kickboard or other approved flotation aid to help you complete the swim safely and confidently.
Bike:
Helmets are required for the bike portion of the race. You will be PROHIBITED from participation if you don’t have an approved helmet. Helmets MUST be buckled in place during ALL aspects of the bike race. Failing to have your helmet buckled will result in a D.Q.
Run:
There will be one water station located on the 5K run located at approximately the 1.5-mile marker.
Race results will be linked here post-race.
