Duration: 20 minutes

Combination of core, glute and inner/outer thigh work to strengthen your powerhouse!

An exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow Latin-inspired calorie-burning activity that moves you toward optimal health.

Monday Evening

4:00pm-4:45pm: No Impact Core Strength

Duration: 45 minutes 

Beginner strength training with focus on total core and zero impact.

5:00pm-6:00pm: Strength Fusion

Duration: 60 minutes 

A fun combination of exercises that will help strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. All to the beat of great music!

6:15pm-7:15pm: Line Dancing

Duration: 60 minutes

Line dancing is a great way to get your body moving without it feeling like exercise!

Tuesday Morning

High intensity, strength based class.

5:45am-6:10am: Power Cycle

Duration:  25 minutes

Sprints, jumps, intervals and more! Go all out for a 25-minute cycle!

6:15am-6:45am: Flow

Duration: 30 minutes

Start your day off right with a blend of yoga, Pilates, and stretching. 

7:15am-7:45am: Quick HIIT

Duration: 30 minutes

A fast paced high intensity interval training class that utilizes various exercises at a fast pace to get your heart rate going!

8:00am-8:30am: Basic Stretching

Duration: 30 minutes

8:00am-9:15am: Strength Fusion

Duration: 75 minutes 

A fun combination of exercises that will help strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. All to the beat of great music!
