5:00am-7:30am: Adult Swim
During this time the pool is available to those who are 15 and older. You may perform your own exercises/routine, but please be respectful to others.
7:30am-8:00am: Aqua Sunrise
Duration: 30 minutes
Low impact cardio in the pool. Fun for everybody!
8:30am-9:15am: Aqua Fusion
Duration: 45 minutes
Enjoy a cardiovascular workout while toning your body using water tools.
9:30am-10:15am: Tabata Bootcamp
Duration: 45 minutes
This intense workout is designed around intervals of work and rest to keep the heart pumping, burn calories and challenge your muscles.

10:30am-11:15am: Arthritis Class
Duration: 45 minutes
Gentle activities in our warm-water therapy pool will help you gain strength and flexibility and help decrease pain and stiffness in your joints and muscles.
12:00pm-3:00pm: Reserved for Therapy
Duration: 3 hours
During this time the pool is only available to those who are working directly with rehab staff. The pool cannot be used by anybody else during this time.
