10:45am-11:30am: Silver Sneakers Classic
Duration: 45 minutes
Designed for seniors or older adults and focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.
Monday Evening
5:00pm-6:00pm: Strength Fusion
Duration: 60 minutes
A fun combination of exercises that will help strengthen your upper body, lower body and core. All to the beat of great music!
6:15pm-7:15pm: Country Zumba
Duration: 60 minutes
Country Zumba is a great way to get your body moving without it feeling like exercise!
Tuesday Morning
7:15am-7:45am: Quick HIIT
Duration: 30 minutes
A fast paced high intensity interval training class that utilizes various exercises at a fast pace to get your heart rate going!
7:15am-8:45am: Pickleball Club
Duration: 90 minutes
Have fun with other beginner pickleball players, will be shown the basics.
Tuesdays meet at the Fremont Rec Center Courts. Thursdays meet outside at Tamarac.
