Heart-pumping cardio that uses plyometrics, track work and weightlifting.

9:30am-10:15am: Indoor Cycling

Duration: 45 minutes

Combination of core, glute and inner/outer thigh work to strengthen your powerhouse!

An exhilarating, effective and easy-to-follow Latin-inspired calorie-burning activity that moves you toward optimal health.

10:45am-11:30am: Silver Sneakers Classic

Duration: 45 minutes

Designed for seniors or older adults and focuses on strengthening muscles and increasing range of movement for daily life activities.

12:00pm-1:00pm: Walking Club

Duration: 60 minutes

Meet in the lobby of Tamarac. Enjoy a nice walk outside.

7:15am-7:45am: Quick HIIT

Duration: 30 minutes

A fast paced high intensity interval training class that utilizes various exercises at a fast pace to get your heart rate going!

7:15am-9:00am: Pickleball Club

Duration: 105 minutes

Have fun with other beginner pickleball players, will be shown the basics. At the Fremont Rec Center.

8:00am-8:30am: Basic Stretching

Duration: 30 minutes

Improve your body’s flexibility and range of motion with this quick stretching class!

8:00am-8:40am: Outdoor Yoga

Duration: 40 minutes

Breathe in fresh air and ground your practice in the poses of yoga.

9:30am-10:15am: Indoor Cycling
