Intro to Weight Training

Break out of your cardio comfort zone. In this six-week weight lifting class, you’ll learn basic weight training techniques to help you improve your overall strength and expand your exercise program. The class size is small, two to three people per class, and taught by one of Tamarac’s fitness specialists.
