Join us for this fun, two-month challenge. The goal is to lose pounds of body fat and gain pounds of muscle in time for spring break!
The challenge includes:
- One 30-minute personal training session
- Two InBody assessments
- Four specialty class passes
- Weekly challenges and prizes for top finishers
The initial InBody assessments begin Monday, Jan. 21. All assessments must be complete by Monday, Feb. 4 to start the challenge.
