Kick body fat and gain muscle
Join us for this eight-week challenge. The goal is to lose pounds of body fat (bad weight) and gain pounds of muscle (good weight). The top three males and three females with the most points will win a prize.
The challenge includes:
- Two InBody test and consultations
- A 30-minute personal training session
- Four health education Q&A sessions with certified personal trainers and a registered dietitian
When: Assessments begin on September 5
You do not need to be a Tamarac member to participate in this challenge.
