Falls are the leading cause of accidental injury in older adults, but most falls can be prevented. This class will help you improve your posture and increase your stability, giving you increased confidence as you move.

Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday: Noon to 5 p.m.


Monday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
