This class teaches yoga fundamentals in a traditional format with Pranayama (breath control), Asana (postures) and meditation. This class is great for a more advanced beginner or for students wanting to develop their understanding of basic postures. It’s a slower flow and foundation building class. Great for a person who has been practicing for 6 months or more.


Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday: Noon to 5 p.m.


Monday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
