Parkinson’s Resistance in Strength and Movement

Designed to help improve strength, balance, flexibility, endurance and walking for those with Parkinson’s disease. PRISM will use classic exercise approaches and large amplitude motion, boxing, yoga, drumming, walking, dancing, vocal exercise and brain teasers.

Monday to Thursday: 5 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Friday: 5 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday: 6 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Sunday: Noon to 5 p.m.

 

Monday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Tuesday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Wednesday: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Thursday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday: Closed
