Eight Dimensions of Wellness

Wellness is more than physical. This six week course will lead you through all eight dimensions of wellness—physical, intellectual, emotional, occupational, financial, environmental, social and spiritual wellness. Join Kylar Dunn, certified life coach and certified personal trainer for this unique look into your personal health and wellness goals.

When: The class will be offered twice a week.

Tuesdays, May 30 to July 11 at 10:30 a.m.

Wednesdays, May 31 to July 12 at 6 p.m.

Intro to Weight Training

Break out of your cardio comfort zone. In this six-week weight lifting class, you’ll learn basic weight training techniques to help you improve your overall strength and expand your exercise program. The class size is small, two to three people per class, and taught by one of Tamarac’s fitness specialists.
