InBody Community Challenge

Kick body fat and gain muscle
Join in this new year, new you eight weeks challenge. The goal is to lose pounds of body fat (bad weight) and gain pounds of muscle (good weight). The top three males and three females with the most points will win a prize.
The challenge includes:
- Two InBody tests and consultations
- A 30 minute personal training session with one of Tamarac’s fitness specialists
- Four health education Q & A sessions with certified personal trainers and a registered dietician
When: January 7 to March 8
You do not need to be a Tamarac member to participate in this challenge.
